My perfect lazy dumplings

Today I will tell you how to make a super delicious and simple breakfast in 10 minutes. A long-forgotten (and, by the way, undeservedly) recipe from my childhood - lazy dumplings. What makes them perfect?

The dough takes 5 minutes to prepare. Cooking takes about 5 minutes! And at the end, we get a very tasty and satisfying dish. A nice bonus - about 40 dumplings are obtained from the specified amount of ingredients. This means they can be stored in the freezer, and you save time on preparing breakfast next time.

Cottage cheese - 350 g
Wheat flour - 200 g
Egg - 2 pcs
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 0.5 tsp

The recipe is very simple: first you need to mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, leaving about 20 grams of flour for later. I do not recommend kneading the dough very much: it is good if grains of cottage cheese remain - the dumplings will turn out to be more tender.

Knead the dough in a bowl, divide into four parts. Sprinkle flour on the table, put a quarter of the dough on it, and roll out a 'sausage' from each. Then cut it diagonally, like a baguette.

Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes after the dumplings come up to the top of the saucepan. Leftover dumplings can be placed on a floured cutting board and stored in the freezer. And once they are frozen, transfer to a paper of a silicone bag so that they take up less space in the freezer.

You can serve cooked lazy dumplings with sour cream, fresh berries and sugar.
