Our inner self is always communicating with us; we just have to listen.
I had a dream last night that felt so real, it shook me awake. In it, I had a son named Luca. I don’t have kids, and I certainly don't remember giving birth, but the feeling of fulfillment was overwhelming.
The first thing I did upon waking was look up the name. It is of a Latin origin, and means ‘light’, or ‘bringer of light’.
Bridging Science and Soul: The Diary of a CEO Podcast
A few hours later, I randomly opened YouTube. A new Diary of a CEO episode popped up featuring Dr. Martin Picard, a specialist in mitochondrial psychobiology. He was explaining, among other things, how stress and emotions literally rob our cellular powerhouses of energy.
I love how modern science researches and explains something that we already know intuitively but ignore most of the time. But here is where the magic happened.
While watching, I scrolled the comments and froze at this one: "This Bible verse came to mind when he talked about worrying and how it robs our mitochondria of energy - Jesus said: "And which of you by worrying can add one hour to his life's span?" – Luke 12:25"
Luca. Luke. Light.
Real Spiritual Synchronicity Examples in Daily Life
I’m a spiritual but not a religious person, I should say. But I feel like to dream of Luca and stumble upon Luke’s wisdom on the exact same day is a powerful example of alignment with the authentic self.
Science is finally proving what our spiritual intuition has always known: worry changes us at a cellular level. And for some reason, I needed to be reminded of it. This deep connection to my inner self was exactly what I needed to find true alignment.
I highly recommend this episode to anyone looking to bridge science and spirituality. The universe speaks to us when we are ready to listen.
Have you experienced a spiritual synchronicity like this lately?
